Our CMM is a portable unit so we can take it to the work piece. This facilitates checking in the machine before the setup is broken down. Using this procedure ensures that the job is done correctly before it is in final inspection. It is also useful for reverse engineering or retrofitting of parts that may be difficult or impossible to source through normal channels. By integrating it with our in-house CAD/CAM system, we can produce complex shape replacement parts with very short lead times. When your parts have many critical dimensions, profiles, angles and fits, our CMM will record and output the data to custom reports of your specification. This achieves an increase in both speed and accuracy on complex, critical-path components.
